For over 48 years, the Specs Howard School of Media Arts has been preparing students to work in the media industries. In just 12-months you too can learn the skills necessary to begin working in the industry. With 2-days in class, combined with a weekly online component, our program is designed to fit your schedule.
From the moment you enter the classroom you will be using and working with the equipment found in the industry. From linear editing to motion graphics, you'll be learning all the things you need to know to work in video production.
For students looking to expand their learning beyond the classroom, we offer daily open lab hours for students to come in and work with the equipment they use in the classroom.
Each student that attends the Specs Howard School will be loaned a laptop for the duration of their program thanks to the Specs Howard Access to Resources for Education Program. This allows students the opportunity to complete their online work anywhere they have internet access.
