The Specs Howard School of Media Arts is proud to announce three new scholarships for 2019:
1) a $4000 scholarship for an employee of any business currently operating in Michigan that would benefit from their employee’s media training.
2) a $3500 scholarship for recently laid-off auto workers
3) a $3500 scholarship for current or recently laid-off federal employees looking to change careers
The $4,000 Business Scholarship has been created for employees of Michigan businesses who require media training to benefit both the employer and their employee. The scholarship may be used toward the tuition of any of the three Specs Howard programs: Digital Media Arts, Graphic Design or Broadcast Media Arts.
The $3,500 Career-change Scholarship may be used by those seeking a new career path. The scholarship may be used toward the tuition of any of the three programs, Digital Media Arts, Graphic Design or Broadcast Media Arts, offered at the Specs Howard School.
The $3,500 Federal Relief Scholarship may be used by current or former federal employees seeking a new career path. The scholarship may be used toward the tuition of any of the three programs, Digital Media Arts, Graphic Design or Broadcast Media Arts, offered at the Specs Howard School.
